How is this program different than other fitness apps or programs?
Most fitness programs ONLY focus on physical appearance, numbers on a scale, and before and after pictures. And while progress is essential, physical changes shouldn’t be the only or main focus. My goal for you is to gain confidence, increase your strength, build endurance, and feel better from the INSIDE OUT. In my programs, we focus on wins that will help keep you motivated to stay on track. I help you change your mindset to moving your body because you love the way it makes you FEEL, then any changes on the scale become a BONUS of your new lifestyle.
If I am starting my fitness journey, is this program for me?
My Monthly Shred and Transformation programs do have modifications for many of the moves. If you need any other movement modifications, you can always message me via the in-app chat, and I will give you an alternative. However, if you have previous injuries or joint issues that keep you from doing many movements, or if you are new to exercise, I would suggest one of my custom training plans to design custom workouts for your specific needs.
How much does the app cost?
You can join my community for less than $2 a day. Programs range from weekly to monthly payments with an affordable option for everyone.
How fast can I expect to see results?
